Why is the information being collected?

For us to find out how you think Connexions Nottinghamshire is meeting your needs.

What will the information be used for?

Knowing what you think of the Connexions service will help us to improve. The information will also help to show the government and others how well Connexions Nottinghamshire is performing and provide specific information on a variety of topics.

Who will see my answers?

All answers are collected and analysed by the Connexions Nottinghamshire Improvement Team. They will be unable to identify individuals, as the questionnaire is anonymous. They will only be able to pass on requests for help to your PA if you leave your contact details in the questionnaire. An Area Team Manager will also be able to see your answers so that they can help to improve the service in your area. PAs will not be able to see your answers unless you show them.

What is the questionnaire about?

The Questionnaire is for you to let us know how happy you are with how we work with you. There will, from time to time, be various other questionnaires that you may be interested in taking part in.

How long will the questionnaire take?

It depends on how many extra comments you make but usually the questionnaire takes from about 5 to 15 minutes. You can stop at any time, save your answers and return later, you will just need to remember the new password you entered.

How often can I do a questionnaire?

Normally once, as we need the views of as many young people as possible, but we may come back to you in a year or so to see if things have changed. Also, as mentioned above, there will be further questionnaires available, which might be of interest to you.

Where can I complete the questionnaire?

You can get to the questionnaires through the launch box in any Connexions Centre in Nottinghamshire or through the Viewpoint link on www.sortitonline.com from any computer, although it may take a while to download the program on machines away from Connexions Nottinghamshire's centres.

How easy is it to complete a questionnaire?

Once you have been given a login ID, you will be able to access the questionnaire through the Viewpoint button in the bottom right hand corner of the launch box. Once you have these details it is then quite simple for you to complete the questionnaire, although someone should be on hand to offer assistance, if necessary.

How will I know if my views have improved the service?

Once enough young people have completed the questionnaire and the results analysed, we will publish the findings and the improvements made as a result of your views on our website for young people www.sortitonline.com, so keep your eyes peeled!
