This opportunity will be the focal point within a new multi-agency team supporting disabled young people through transition from school into adulthood. The post holder will act as initial point of contact for specialised enquiries/referrals to the team and sign post accordingly. Other duties will include supporting team members with duties such as word processing, database updating and report writing, photocopying, filing, stationery stock control and keeping library resources updated.

Applicants will need to:

  • be educated to NVQ level 2 standard (e.g. 4/5 GCSE’s);
  • be experienced in a range of ICT packages including databases and word
  • be experienced in administration;
  • be an effective communicator and deal with sensitive issues and competing demands and
  • have the ability to integrate effectively within a busy team.
