Residential example
When undertaking a residential each young person is given an individual responsibility such as Health and Safety. This involves the young person looking at risk assessments once we have arrived at the residential site. They do this because even though we may have used the centre several times before things could have changed since our last visit.
Another young person will have the role of entertainment manager and be responsible for providing quizzes, organising team activities etc. Other responsibilities taken on by young people include first aid, transport manager, catering manager etc.
