The Department of Health’s 5 A DAY team has produced a new FREE recipe guide Fuel for Living which provides simple and cost effective recipe ideas and tips to help young people build their cooking skills and boost their consumption of fruit and vegetables.
The Fuel for Living booklet, which has been developed especially for 16-24 year olds, includes easy recipes for popular meals that young people said they like to cook and eat from easy pasta meals to a one pot roast - along with tips about eating more healthily on the run.
