Connexions' Vacancies Online service is booming!
In just over 6 months, over 2,400 individual young people have now registered online and saved their own password-protected applications to enable them to apply quickly, easily and independently for jobs and training.
With the number of Notts' vacancies for young people and school/college leavers expected to peak in June, the site already offers over 300 real, 'live' vacancies!
Forthcoming Vacancies Online features will include a user-friendly online CV Service, again dedicated for young people, and a regularly updated work based learning directory.
Supplies of business cards and posters have been sent (and are available) to all schools and colleges and so, the message is clear...
