Using Connexions Direct in school lessons
Connexions Direct are happy for schools to use their website within lessons after first e-mailing to clear this (see below). Without this clearance, Connexions Direct suggest that teachers explain to students to use the Phone, Email, Web-chat or Text messaging channels in their own time so as not to cause access problems for other young people who need to use the service.
E-mail Connexions Direct about your planned session
Connexions Direct welcomes local schools to use our facilities as part of their lesson. If the teacher/school can email teachersupport@cxdirect.com to let us know the class size and the time of the lesson, it will allow us to allocate resources to cope with the overall demand.
This will ensure a young person in need or crisis is not neglected.
